Today, at the primary meeting of City Council, members discussed two issues foreseen by the agenda. Administrative processes started based on the request of LTD “Elite Construction Group”. The issues concerns confirmation of the regulation plan on the cadastral code situated on the territory of Green Cape; volume of the objects which will be situated on Green Cape instead of 42 stories to be defined not more than 28 stories.
Decision made at the session will be activated upon publish; which means repeated confirmation of the regulation plan of some territories.
By the decision made at the session Batumi City Hall will be responsible for the preparation of ordering project. Order made at the session will be published on the web-site of Batumi Hall and newspaper “Achara”.
