From today, during three days Muslim World celebrates Kurban Bayram.
Today, the Chairman of City Council and its members, together with the representatives of Ajara Government congratulated believers with the festival in the mosque of Batumi.
Kurban Bayram is celebrated on the 70th day of the end of fasting month and is connected with the sacrifice. In order to express love to Allah for the sacrifice one or several Muslim families are gathering and they kill beast, meat is given to the suffering people.
