Soon the monument of the great king of Georgia Davit Agmashenebeli will be staged in Batumi. Today was discussed issue about definition of the place for the monument by the Education, Culture, Tourism and Sport Issues Commission of City Council.
According to the presented project, the monument will be placed in crossing of Agmashenebeli and Tbel Abuseridze Streets, in the circular where are presented six streets: Abuseridze, Katcharava, Agmashenebeli, Kobaladze, Angisa and Airport Highway.
According to the project, City Hall of Batumi is obliged to provide special documentation for choosing sketch and purchase and preparation of the materials.
Today, changes of the budget were also discussed members of commission considered advisable to discuss presented issues on extraordinary meeting.
