The Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze attended the ceremony of laying the foundation of new educational building of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
The ceremony attended Minister of Culture and Science of Georgia-Mikheil Chkhenkeli together with the Chairman of Ajara Government-Zurab Pataradze. They together with the rector of the university signed the certificate of construction of new building and participated in the ceremony of laying the foundation. The construction of new educational building of Batumi State University will be finished at the end of 2018 year. Three-floored, modern-standard educational building is constructed in #15 Leonidze Street. There are 27 auditoriums, cabinets and conference hall in this building.
