Today, members of City Council hosted beneficiary of rehabilitation center “Tana” connected with the International Day of Down’s Syndrome. The children of the center together with the Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze and members created main symbols of the world day of Down’s syndrome, event also attended mayor of Batumi Lasha Komakhidze and Vice-mayor Tengiz Petridze. The members of City Council looked through pictures of the children exhibited in the building of the municipality.
By the decision of the United Nations Organization 21st of March is celebrated from 2011 year.
