Members of the Gender Equality Council of Batumi Municipality City Council are attending the training at Hilton Hotel Batumi.
The training is about “Strengthening women at the local level” and will last for two days. The members of the Gender Equality Council invited from different municipalities will talk about the involvement of citizens in the local self-government work, the role of women in the regulation of gender equality issues at local level, their capabilities and the strengthening of leadership positions.
The project is supported by USAID (International Development Agency) and IRI (International Republican Institute).
