At the united meeting of Financial and Economic Development and Infrastructural Development commissions of Batumi Municipality City Council, members of commission discussed changes to be done in the resolution #50 of 2012 year, 14 September of Batumi City Council.
According to the resolution project, rule of receiving special zonal agreement will be formed in new way. By acting regulation, for the concrete land, K2 coefficient of defined special zone will be increased based on the representation of territory usage and development regulation issues commission (council). Also with the regulation is defined rule and conditions of working of this commission. According to the presented resolution project, changes will be done in the rule of making decision. Particularly, according to the new rule, increase of K2 coefficient of defined special zone will be decided by the mayor of City Hall based on the written resolution of Architecture and Urban Planning Service of Batumi Municipality City Hall. With the given changes will be defined terms and conditions of presenting written resolution by Architecture and Urban Planning Service of Batumi Municipality City Hall. Resolution project which was presented to the members of commission by the acting head of Architecture and Urban Planning Service of Batumi Municipality City Hall- Mirian Metreveli, will be discussed on the meeting of Batumi Municipality City Council on 18th of January and in case of its receipt, will entry into force upon its publication.
