The joint session of Financial and Economic Development Commission and Infrastructure Development Commission was held today at Batumi City Council, where the amendments to the current year budget were discussed. The Budget 2017 has been changed by transfers allocated from the State Budget of Georgia and the Republican Budget of autonomous Republic of Ajara, which led to changes in various sub-programs.  By the proposed project, the financing of infrastructure rehabilitation, capital construction and rehabilitation of utility infrastructure facilities is increasing. The majority of the City Council members supported the change in the budget. The proposed project will be presented at the extraordinary session on November 29.
