The stated session of Batumi City Council was held today at the city council session hall. The members of the city council discussed 12 issues from the agenda.  The prescription project about transferring the estate property to the state ownership was delayed for the next session.
By the decision made at the city council session the changes were made in the Batumi Budget 2016. According to the changes the allocations of the Budget 2016 for particular programs/sub-programs was increased by 6 725 600 GEL and totally made up 152 500 500 GEL.
The members of the city council supported the prescription project, according to which the Mayor of Batumi was given a consent to transform Batumi Municipality-owned tiles and paving slabs to “By the decision of the members of Batumi City Council, the mayor of Batumi was given consent to assign 192,66 square meters area in the terms of 2 years existed in Khelvachauri district, village Gonio, first floor of the building to LTD “Batumi #1 polyclinic free of charge, in the form of usufruct.
In the City Council’s #36 order of 23June, 2015 year changes were made, about “Proving fee of usage for list of facilities, privatization plan and disposition of property with the right of usage that are in the property of Batumi Municipality. According to it, to the privatization plan of real estate is added 13 objects and to the auctioning right of usage to the initial annual usage cost and direct ordering property annual cost is added 1 object disposed to be used in the form of lease.
Changes were made in the City Council’s #69 order of 27 November, 2015 year about “allocation of space in the public territory of Batumi Municipality  for external trade of souvenirs and gifts, according to which number of place was increased and defined by 27 place. 
Members of City Council supported on the meeting prove of Batumi Municipality’s 2015 year budget fulfillment report, which was presented by deputy head of Financial-Economical Service of Batumi City Hall. By the information of Archil Vanadze, 2015 year budget was completed with 95 percent.
Members of City Council approved initiated sentence of faction “Republicans” which foresees assignation of non-agricultural land existing in Batumi, borough Makhinjauri from Ajara Autonomous Republic Government to the ownership of Batumi Municipality.Patriarchate of Georgia” for free of charge.
According to the decision adopted at the session, non-agricultural land parcel, being on the King Tamara Avenue - The Green Cape administrative area of Batumi, was given the status of square.
The draft resolution of the City Council “On placement of memorial plaque at Alexander Kiladze’s dwelling house existing on the Memed Abashidze Avenue 48” and the draft resolution that provided the placement of memorial (obelisk) to commemorate fallen warriors during the war in Afghanistan (1979-1989) in Batumi, in the “Alley of Heroes”, located on Zhiuli Shartava street, was supported by majority of the City Council.
City Council members approved the Nino Beradze’s proposal who is the Chairman of Education, Culture, Tourism and sport Commission on Batumi Art House Film Festival that provides purchase of display and audio-visual equipment by The City Hall of Batumi, required for cultural events in an open space.
According to the decision adopted at the session the Mayor of Batumi was given the consent to sign the document between Georgia and German Reconstruction Credit Bank (KfW), namely, "Subsidiary Agreement" to be signed between the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and the Self-governing City of Batumi, implementing in the frame of “Open Program for Infrastructure Rehabilitation – Utility Infrastructure Facilities Rehabilitation in Batumi – phase IV”.
City Council session was attended by the Mayor of Batumi - Giorgi Ermakov, Vice-Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Heads of Municipal Services, NGO and public representatives.
