Decisions of Batumi City Council: confirmation of the list of objects for privatizations, two objects were added to the list.
According to the resolution, construction of multi-functional object is planned. The City Council also confirmed detailed plan construction on the plot situated in Batumi, Zgvispira street N1, according to the plan LTD “Orbi Group Millenium” is planned construction of multifunctional complex.
