Today, European week of local democracy has been opened in Batumi Municipality. Theme of European week is “local democracy: restoration of trust”, building of local democracy with citizens and establishment of open governance. Member of City Council Natalia Zoidze, who at the same time is member of Georgian delegation in CEMR, presented to the guests planned events in the frames of European week. 

Aim of (ELDW) is strengthening of local democracy and involvement of citizens.
