The Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze today attended the photo contest- “Library our Haven” and awarded author of the won photo Elene Lomadze.
Photo contest was founded by the director of Public Library-Inga Gogiberidze in 2018 year. During the year was collected 78 photos and the jury revealed the best one and awarded them.
