Issue of Public Information  Rule of issuing of public information

Public information is open, besides the cases established by law and information that includes personal data, state or commercial secret. Everyone has right to ask for public information, in spite of its physical form and state of save and to choose form of receipt of public information, also to get acquainted with the information in original. In order to receive public information, person has to present written statement. You can ask for the receipt of public information in electron form: info@batumicc.geვ  .
Public information will be issued immediately or no later than 10 days in cases established by the law.
