Today, members of City Council, together with the staff of City Council, Mayor of Batumi and colleagues from City Hall Services joined the action of greening organized by N(N)LE «Batumi Greening and Landscape Planning Service”, members of the action planted trees on Zhiuli Shartava Street in the frames of new project “Beauty and Healthy Environment in Batumi Streets”.

Today was carried out extraordinary session of City Council, where thirteen issues foreseen by the agenda were discussed. Changes are made in the borders between Khelvachauri Municipality and Batumi Municipality; also changes are made in using of motorcycle, quadricycle in boulevard, parks and squares, using of such kind of vehicles will be prohibited. 

Today was carried out Infrastructure Development Commission Meeting of Batumi City Council; members of commission discussed four issues for eseen by the agenda.

Today was carried out primary session of City Council. The changes in the budget project were presented by the head of Financial-Budgeting Service Ednar Nataridze. According to the presented project, payments of the municipality budget is increased by 3,667.1 thousand GEL. 

Today, six issues foreseen by the agenda were discussed at Meeting of Legal and Procedural Issues Commission.

Today, the Financial and Economic Development Commission discussed changes to be done in 2019 year budget.

The commission of Health and Social Issues will discuss questions foreseen by the agenda.

Today, the opening ceremony of new school in Sarpi attended the Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze, the Minister of Education, Culture and Sport of Ajara Inga Shamilishvili and representatives of Ajara government. 

Today was carried out Education, Culture, Tourism and Sport Issues Commission Meeting, where one issue foreseen by the agenda was discussed. 

Today, the Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze and members of City Council, together with the representatives of local government, remembered with the minute of silence heroes dead in the battle against the Soviet Occupation and graced the memorial with wreath. 

The Majoritarian Deputy of Kakhaberi district Anzor Devadze and the manager of Kakhaberi Administrative Unit Service Center Raul Kirkitadze together with the colleagues from N(N)LE «Batumi Greening and Landscape Planning Service”, planted fifty units of willow tree.

The Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze and the majoritarian deputy Mikheil Artmeladze, together with the Mayor of City Lasha Komakhidze met the population of the airport administrative unit and listened to their problems.

Today, the Chairman of City Council Suliko Tebidze attended the opening ceremony of multimodal reloading terminal in seaport; the opening ceremony attended the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Giorgi Kobulia, the Chairman of Ajara Government Tornike Rizhvadze, Mayor of Batumi Lasha Komakhidze and other representatives of government.
