Today, at the session of the Finance and Economic Development Commission of The City Council once again has been carried out consideration of the city’s draft budget of the next year.  The session, attended by the representatives of Municipal Services, NGO, and members of the public, was led by The Commission Chairman Tengiz Afkhazava.
Archil Vanadze- The Deputy Chief of The City Hall Finance and Economic Service has presented the next year budget project to the audience. As he said, the municipal budget 2017 is defined by 135 million GEL, and social, healthcare and infrastructur projects have still been remaining as top-priorities.
The City Council, with appropriate remarks and recommendations, at a stated time, will send back to The City Hall the draft budget 2017 this very day.
Draft budget 2017 of Batumi Municipality was brought in to The City Council on November 15.
