The regular session was held at Batumi Municipality City Council. The session was attended by the Mayor of Batumi - Giorgi Ermakovi.
The members of the City Council discussed the normative prices of Batumi Municipality owned non-agricultural parcels of land. The normative prices on non-agricultural parcels of land in the city area is now differentiated. According to the City Council decision the normative price of the land in central zone in three sub-areas is – 162, 315 and 405 GEL, in mediate zone - 108 GEL and in peripheral zone in four sub-zones - 20, 35, 43 and 61 GEL.
The changes were made in the Batumi City Council resolution (2009. 27 February) - “The self-governing city – the general plan of land use in Batumi”, which foresees administrative proceedings.
The members of the City Council supported the project, according to which the LTD “Batumi Emergency Service Center” will purchase three vehicles.
By the decision received at the meeting, Davit Jaiani, public servant of City Council is assigned as the representative of Batumi Municipality City Council in the General Court of Georgia. Deputies supported draft resolution, according to which Mayor of Batumi was given consent for foundation “Batumi Boulevard” no later than 1 January, 2017 year. According to the same draft resolution, Batumi City Hall is obliged to foresee in 2017 year budget allotments for “Batumi Boulevard”.
Members of City Council discussed draft resolution presented by Giorgi Kirtadze, chairman of “United National Movement” faction, about kindergarten’s employee salary increase. After listening to the well-grounded arguments of Batumi mayor about this issue, members of City Council did not support this draft resolution.
Meeting was attended by the heads of Batumi City Hall departments, non-governmental organizations, representatives of society and journalists.
