Today was held meeting of Batumi Municipality City Council. Mayor of Batumi-Giorgi Ermakov presented 2016 year budget at the meeting. According to the main financial document, 2016 year budget was defined by  141 462 200 GEL. Mayor of the city listed the priorities that were reflected in the budget of the next year: 75 157 700 GEL will be spent on the building of infrastructure, rehabilitation and field application, on education- 14 271 500 GEL; culture,religion, youth support and sport will be financed by  16 198 200 GEL; health defense and social welfare- 10 997 000 GEL; defense,social order and security- 40 thousand GEL. After discussion members of the City Council supported budget presented by the mayor. Members of the City Council discussed changes of 2015 year budget, that were presented by the head of Financial-Economical Department of City Hall-Archil Vanadze.

In the 2015 year budget project changes will be in the frames of  183 600 GEL, that will be basically used for the infrastructural programs, as Archil Vanadze explained, changes of 2015 year budget are done by foreseeing incomes and fulfillment of obligations that should be completed by the end of the year. Majority of deputies supported these changes. 
Substitutions were made in the norms of regulation car parking on the territory of Batumi, in the aims of settling parking problems. Deputies supported the project of arranging public meetings and reporting works to the elector. Established rule gives elector right to attend all public meetings, ask questions and give remarks. By the decision of City Council, Mayor of Batumi was given asset  to give  from the 77569,00 square meters of the non-agricultural  plot situated in Angisa,  67,20 square meters in the terms of two years to the Archery Federation for training. By the decision of City Council, to the state with the right of ownership priceless was given 522,1 space from 865,2 space situated in Batumi, #17 Grishashvili St for usage of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.  .
Deputies gave asset to make changes in the agreement of 24th March, 2011 year about “Sides trilateral agreement”
Changes were done in the 36 order of 23rd of June, 2015 year about “list of objects for privatization, its plans and cost  that are in the property of City Council” with the aim of disposing property for privatization.  Also at the meeting was decided to give to the Ajara Autonomous Republic, priceless, with the right of ownership, 3 508 square meter non-agricultural plot, situated in Batumi, Rustaveli Street, near the territory of the former hotel “Meskheti”.
