Today, Deputy Chairman of Batumi City Council- Irakli Chavleishvili has hosted Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary-Mr. Sandor Szabo. Discussion was focused on future economic cooperation between the two countries. City Council Deputy Chairman expressed his gratitude for the visit and talked about the joint projects that have been carried out in Georgia recently.
Today Shandor Szabo will also meet with the Mayor of Batumi- Girogi Ermakov, with the Chairman of Adjara AR Government- Archil Khabadze and with the representatives of business circles.
Diplomatic relations between Georgia and Hungary were established in 1992. The ambassador of Hungary cooperates with Batumi Municipality for years, resulting in a number of implemented projects.
