Batumi celebrated 74 years after winning over the fascism in Second World War. Members of Ajara Government, Batumi Municipality and students of Maritime Academy honored memory of well-known captain Anatoli Katcharava.
17 veterans participated in Second World War live in Batumi, Batumi City Hall as the material aid gave 400 GEL to war veterans and families of dead in the war. Also with the decision of the premier each of veterans received 600 GEL.
