The company “Alliance City” is going to build three skyscrapers instead of so called Luzhkovi house. The total area is 18 000 square meter. In order to confirm regulation plan of development, public administrative transact has been started.

The public discussion was carried out by the initiative of Batumi Municipality and representatives of non-government organizations, media and “Alliance City” attended it.
